At Paxtons Estate Agents, we pride ourselves on providing a truly unrivalled service when letting your property. We will not accept second best and never compromise on our standards.

We consciously keep our active portfolio compact, so that we can successfully apply the time, high levels of detail, attention and management you require and deserve.

We can offer you a number of services, with the most popular being the Fully Managed Service. We will always look to find you the best Tenant and they will be thoroughly referenced and credit checked to ensure that they are suitable. You will be provided with copies of the reports for approval, and you will always have the final say on who resides in your property.

We fully understand the pitfalls that can occur in not having a good Letting Agent and particularly a good Tenant. We understand the necessity of minimising vacant property periods and will always strive to ensure that there is a seamless transition from one Tenant’s departure to the incoming Tenant’s occupation.

Natalie & Shelley apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure they get to know each property thoroughly. As a team, we adopt a hands-on, practical approach, which means we can quickly resolve routine issues ourselves and avoid unnecessary engineer callouts. 

Our own team of trusted and qualified contractors can deal with every property issue, from carpet cleaning to carrying out full refurbishment works. We constantly review these contractors to ensure that they are competitively priced and provide you with an outstanding quality of service. We never add any additional costs to the contractor’s invoice and you are always provided with a copy of the invoice for your records.

We understand that the security of your property is fundamental, so we go to great lengths to ensure that our contractors are trustworthy and professional. 

Natalie prides herself on her up-to-date and relevant legal knowledge. We are aware of all current landlord and tenant legislation, so can give you sound direction on any legal necessities.

We understand the importance of your tenants’ privacy, so we will always give them at least 24 hours notice before we, or one of our contractors, intends to visit the property (except in the case of an emergency).

We don’t believe that a call centre-based approach to property management is satisfactory for our clients or our tenants. We are committed to providing you with outstanding quality of service that maintains a personal touch.
