Paxtons Estate Agents is located in the heart of the community on Paxcroft Mead in Hilperton, where you will find free parking on our doorstep. We are the nearest Estate Agent to all the local villages including Steeple Ashton, West Ashton, Semington, Bulkington and Keevil.

Since Paxtons Estate Agents opened for business in April 2015, we have worked tirelessly and successfully to create a whole new concept of what an Estate Agent should be. Our standard fee for selling your property is 1% + VAT, with a minimum fee of £2000.00 + VAT. There are optional extras available such as drone photography and drone video at extra cost.

For your complete peace of mind, we work to strict professional codes of conduct and practice, and are voluntary members of various industry bodies, including the government-approved Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and the property redress scheme The Property Ombudsman. 

In addition, our Lettings Manager, Natalie Jeffery, is also a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

We are qualified and experienced in all types of commercial property, either for sale or rent. Whether you have a retail unit, offices, industrial unit or it is your retail park that needs managing, we can do this for you.

Our fee to sell your commercial property is 1.5% + VAT with a minimum fee of £2500.00 + VAT

Our fee to Let your property on a Tenant Find only basis is £2500.00 + VAT

Our standard fee for a Fully Managed service for your commercial property is 12% + VAT per calendar month.

Charlotte, our Director, has a vast amount of hands-on experience in all elements of new homes and major commercial development, having been employed as Sales and Marketing Director for what was the largest new homes builder and as Project Manager for the world’s second largest construction company, managing some of the largest projects in the UK. She also built her own home in the Highlands of Scotland.
